We used the train from the airport which comes onto the loop line and stops right by the hotel and was very easy to manage. We had booked a family room and it was one of the best such rooms we have ever stayed in: good size bunkbeds, space to sit by the window, kitchenette, comfy beds. You have to pay extra for fancy breakfast on the upper restaurant, but we found the breakfast in Sara's downstairs offered good coffee and a good selection of food, and you can borrow books to look at whilst there. The staff were very helpful. The complex around the hotel offers family mart, pharmacy, book shop, icecream parlour, we at at the pancake cafe too and this was tasty and reasonably priced. Visited the onsen and the gym, both very good, and kids enjoyed the sort of fake grass village square for running about before bed. Very easy to use overground and subway trains from here and we enjoyed Osaka very much. Would visit again!

We had a Quad room which was a great size with ample space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Nice furnishings and amenities in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet, great shower. Enjoyed a panoramic view of the city from 23rd floor. We had 2 packages posted to hotel reception which were received with ease. The adjoining Solaniwa Onsen is a really fun experience not just an onsen. Discounted price for hotel guests. Family Mart just outside as well as Burger King and some other restaurants and shops in the complex. Direct access to Bentencho Station via stairs was also so handy. The staff were lovely, didn’t speak a lot of English though nothing Google translate couldn’t help with. The photos shown of rooms were a true reflection of what you get.

We loved the location of the hotel -right next to both the Japan Rail train station and the Osaka Metro line. It made getting around so easy and convenient. Everything you could need is within walking distance to the hotel. There is a Family Mart right outside one of the entrances to the Art Hotel. There are several restaurants within the hotel as well with wonderful food and are great value for money. We loved having a French Bakery right next the hotel as well. We loved our room which was a Family Room which had 2 double beds and bunks for the kids in their own separate space. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Overall this was a wonderful hotel.

I loved the stunning view from the room, especially the panoramic view from our 50th-floor room. The daily housekeeping was a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get out of in the morning. The discounted tickets to Solaniwa Onsen were a great value, and I enjoyed visiting almost every day. The room was spacious, accommodating my luggage and offering a relaxing bathtub. The hotel's convenient location, connected to Bentencho station and part of the Osaka Bay Tower, made it easy to access various amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, and Solaniwa Onsen.

The location next to Bentencho station was very nice. The hotel was inbetween both the JR and the Chuo lines - one to the left and one to the right. The family mart at the ground level was very convienient when we came back after exploring the city. We didn't try any of the restaurants in the hotel but the little bakery was nice! It's a nice and quiet location. We used the luggage transport to the hotel (pick up and check in were super easy) and to send it to Kyoto - the staff were super helpful even with the language barrier.
